Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days pass after your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, you must return the item unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Moreover, we do not accept returns on certain items, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return the item to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds for the following:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts (unless due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you a confirmation email. If we approve your refund, we will issue the credit to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If You Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet, Follow These Steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company since processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank to check for possible delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items qualify for a refund. Sale items do not qualify.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. To exchange an item for the same one, email support@proglobalsite.com and send the item to the return address we provide upon request.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, we will ship the replacement directly to you. We will also issue a gift credit for the return value and mail a gift certificate after processing the return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser and notify them of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return an item, mail it to the address provided upon request.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, as we do not refund shipping fees. If you receive a refund, we will deduct return shipping costs from your total refund.
Delivery times for exchanged products vary by location. For high-value items, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
